Baked Apple Granola

This delicious baked apple dish is made with fresh Granny Smith apples and our 'Oh Snap' granola!

Filling:

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1 Egg

1 1/2 cups Whole Milk

4 Tbsp Melted Butter

3 cups Oh Snap Granola

Topping:

1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and sliced

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Flour

 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together all of your liquid ingredients. Add the granola and stir together until combined. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and set aside. In another bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour for your topping. Add the apple slices and toss to coat well. Place the apples on top of the granola mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the mixture is set and apples are tender. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve while still warm.
